I have been watching this on Movies for men on freeview for some months now, I think it must have been the last one tonight as it was series 7 ep 12. It never said. Any one know ?

Yep, that's as far as it went. "No Pain No Gain" was the very last episode.

I used to watch that when the series was first broadcasted in the 1990s.
It ran for 7 series, so episode 12 was the last one.
I had a crush on Holly Aird - that's why I watched it. ;)
