Freezer Cracks.

I spotted a hairline crack on the lid of my chest freezer yesterday. Today there are 2 more plus, the freezer lids feels warmer to the touch than it used to. Any feedback please? tia.

We have the same issue with our freezer and it's using a lot more energy to keep itself cold. I'd suggest getting ready to have to replace the freezer or at least the lid - if you can.

Yes looks like I need a new one Xeronema. Thanks tonyave,the cracks are on the outside lid.
