Jingling Match ?
Hi mohill you're down in my part of the world I know. I'm over in South Australia, but don't get the puzzle until the weekly expats telegraph on Thursday.

Enough of that, I think perhaps that 9a might be crouton, and will think about 4d.
All the best !
According to Chambers, EMBOSS means 'carve or mould a design... so that it stands out in relief'

9a - Crostini

4D Could be SCRIBE

Think EMBOSS is probably correct, though.
