I would very much imagine, that if Di was still here she wouldn't feature in the name at all. So, no obligation to have Carole in there anywhere, I'm sure she's more delighted that she's here to watch the children grow up.

Charlotte and Carole/Carol are both female diminutives of Charles, so all bases covered, I would say.

Why would anyone want to 'score' brownie points by ripping the pee out a new babies name ? Why would you want to suggest other names when it's been announced? Why can't you all just be blooming happy for once ? It's not that bloody hard !!

Well I guessed the baby would be called Charlotte, and now I wish I'd put a few quid on it. I'm pleased they chose Diana for one of her names, don't suppose Camilla cares anyway.

Last week I had a dream (no, not like M L KING!!) that the baby was a girl and her name was Charlotte Elizabeth Diana). Should've popped in to Labrokes next day !

I'm really pleased Diana was in her name. I meet Diana many times and absolutely adored her.
