Really Disappointed With Take A Break
5 Answers
I have always entered their main competitions but about 3 months ago I started to do their Click to Win ones also.
Then about 9 weeks ago I was delighted to receive an email from them telling my I had won 2 tickets to the Dr Who Extravaganza Show. Both son and Grandson are big fans so it was great news.
I was given a contact name and his email address but since then I have been given the runaround. Every time I contact the guy he gives me 1 excuse or another as to why I havnt received them.
"Sorry there's been a delay" "sorry it's being sorted out this week" "Sorry it's being sorted out next week" ect ect.
I really am getting frustrated that after nine weeks and several emails I am still no nearer to getting them. It really has put me off doing them now and any excitement I had about winning has long since evaporated.
So disappointed in them.

It's worth registering a Twitter account, silliemillie.
I 'follow' my local police, local news, council, local traffic updates, my banks and other organisations I find useful.
This way I get the information I want without the nonsense that I don't want.
Oh, and Virgin Media. Surprising how often a tweet along the lines of 'Five phone calls and still no .....' gets a swift resolution. :D
