Who to make a complaint too?
Hi Everyone, I recently took my children along to a holiday playscheme course. Basically, i was extremely unimpressed by the organisation (a private one-nothing to do with a council etc). They claim that all coaches are CRB checked and first aid qualified, as well as actually being qualified coaches in at least one sport. however, one of their coaches informed me that this was a lie and the majority are not in any! Also, after popping in to the playscheme one day i found it to be hugely disorganised, with children running wild. I would just like to find out if there is some sort of body i can report this too so they can be checked out? Anyone have any advice?

As to whether they need to be Ofsted registered, I think it depends on what ages the children being looked after are, but it won't hurt to get in touch with Ofsted for advice. Click here for their website
