Don't see many woolybacks here. Some, but not a lot, more cattle and grunters. The woolybacks we do have are on the salt marshes of the Severn, along with some of the cattle. Some of it ends up on the menu on Sundays at the TA. Salt marsh lamb and beef. It's to die for.
yes, I enjoy a good salt marsh lamb too, the Solway Firth used to provide ours in the NW and les Frogs had delicious lamb from around the Seine estuary. What used to be controversial was their 'Agneau de Lait' - delish though with some rosemary and Piment d'Esplette.
