Ebay Settings...

Please can anyone advise on this.....OH and I have separate eBay accounts. On my 'Sold Items' page, I see the eBay username of the buyer, and directly underneath it, the real name of the buyer is shown.

I think I inadvertently changed the settings but I have no idea how I did it.

OH would like his account to show the same (buyer's real name underneath the username). Does anyone have any idea how it's done? We've tried asking eBay but unfortunately couldn't get the advisor to understand. :o(
