Tight Spine... Causing Dizziness
10 Answers
A couple of weeks ago I strained my upper back along the spine by looking upwards cleaning a roof... since then it has seemed to have a knock-on effect all the way down my spine, in addition I now have tight arms when I lift them up and a feeling of tightness down the backs of my legs. The neck part is now causing me dizziness when I turn my head. Taking Nurofen and Rub on gel ... any other suggestions? Don't want to bother doctor.

It gets trapped particularly when you look upwards...but the dizziness is only transient....lasts seconds.
For the pain, it looks as though your back strain has awakened the wear and tear of your spine.
I wouldn't go to see the GP....but if you want to ...fine.
I don't know how much ibuprofen is in Nurofen and can't be bothered to Google it.....but i would take Ibuprofen 400mgms at least, every 6 hours for the pain.
Monitor the situation for the next 2 weeks.
