Can any medically minded person please tell me the medical procedure name given of the operation to repair cervical (neck/spine) with a polymer resin ? Many thanks.

I am not medically minded but could it be arthroplasty ?

Both vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty may be used. Variation in technique and treatment but relatively similar outcome.
