The Rules (right at the bottom of the page) all start with a '•' they are not actually numbered, but I'm sure you knew that anyway.
No. 4 comes from the Etiquette Section where I'm reasonably sure it's not a Capital Offence to add a bit of gentle 'Ribbing'
I am of course happy to be corrected but not by yourself!
