No Images Onscreen

While trying to enter click'n'win comps I have noticed that there are no images of the prizes as previously shown. All there is is a white box with an X in the top left corner. I have an acer aspire 5552 running windows 7. How can I get the images back?

Many thanks fender62, I'll try updating Flash player first and see if that does the trick.
