Tesco
Friend of mine has been battling to see his son once a week for the past 3 years through the courts due to a vicious, nasty ex. He's now got access every saturday and is thrilled.
However, he works in Tesco and when he told them the situation, they refused to change his day off to a saturday as they're so busy then.
Does anyone know if he has a leg to stand on ? My manager would probably get sacked if he didn't allow me to see my kids (I work for council who like their employees to have a decent work/home balance)
