Certain Pictures/videos Haven't Transferred
1 Answers
My wife has just gone to transfer all photos and videos from her phone onto the laptop so she can delete them from her phone to create space.
It's picked up the majority and they have been put into laptop.......there's just about 6 videos and 20 photos WITHIN A CERTAIN PERIOD OF TIME that have not been located to be able to transfer from phone to laptop
Any advice
Thanks

When I transfer stuff from my phone to my laptop, I use an app called AirDroid (you'll find it in the play store). No need to connect them with a USB cable, etc.
Open up the app on your phone and on your laptop, go to http:// web.air droid.c om/
You don't need to register, just scan the QR code with your phone and your laptop and phone will be connected via the internet (you'll obviously need both devices connected to the internet).
You can now select which files to transfer - dead easy :)
