This site doesn't use popup ads, so disabling them should be fine.

You can disable popups in your browser. Let us know which browser you have (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), and we can tell you how to disable them.

Alternatively you may be seeing popups because your computer has some malware on it. In that case, removing the malware will remove the popups.
