Since you are on now - you know I told you ab out the fire never working - and I am in the process of buying a new one but am worried since that last guy said oh you need to stuff the chimney - oh it is natural to cut out all kinds of excuses that I don't want the same thing happening to my new fire.
The last fire was bought sort in spring summer time therefore problems did not happen until winter until it was too late - he came out once and said it was what I said above. Do you think I just a faulty fire.

Maybe rain got in (down the chimney), and caused the fire to short circuit and cut out if it wasn't faulty.
Can you tell me the make and model of the new one?
