Assembling G Tech Sto5
9 Answers
I am very pleased with my new strimmer......if only I could get it together.
The book says find the fixing screw within the cutting head housing.
Can I find it? No.
Has anyone got one of these? Exactly WHERE in the housing am I supposed to look? Which bit is supposed to undo to reveal said screw ?
I do hope someone can help please !

Thankyou for these hints, Ab-ers.
I found a little screw slotted in a small socket on the rim....it was the direction to look for it ' in the housing ' that was putting me off.
Apart, from that all was easy to assemble and G Tech seem pretty good. I have a vacuum cleaner and I hope this blade type trimmer is better than my old line feed type which was useless.
Having visited Chelsea this week I am filled with fresh enthusiasm.
Thankyou for your help
