on these slippy matts - I hate them - my sister bought them for me but I never felt secure on them. I hae two busted ikneees = a blood vesse; startomg up on my left thumb- and I am feeling sorruy for myself. have left food for maxie so i am going to back to bed and when I feel better these ,mats are into the bin I am worried bout my thumb it is swelling up and up. my two knees will be black in the morning. fu*****ck cleaning.

Its a bit late now,but ice would have helped the swelling. Keep moving also,or your knees will seize up.
