Breadmaking machines.
Any home bakers out there?
Oh! and do they use yeast in factory-baked bread these days?

I'd make sure that you can take the little kneading paddle out, I have heard that there are some that are fixed, which makes cleaning more difficult.
Also I usually take the paddle out after the kneading phase, before baking starts, so the hole in the bottom is smaller.
Also love my machine for making dough for pizza base or rolls that I then put into the oven.
As for factory made bread, I am sure, there are yeastless types, but generally bread is made with yeast.
Hope you enjoy your self-made bread!
