What Do You Guys Make Of My Perspective?
Since I I have posted threads on wondering if it's wrong/weird to like products/music that are more popular towards female, I'd like to share why I am really in questioned about it: Because there's usually no straight male who buys products like Disney Princess movies (for himself) & rarely any straight male fans of JB/boy bands (who are the most hated music acts ever), you might as well say they are for girls! That's how I grew up thinking: if a product appeals to one gender more than the other, then it is for them. Otherwise, what's the difference?
Plus, as MEMicster1 posted one time, he was once interested in buying "The Little Mermaid" DVD, and my mom would not let me and said "no son, it's okay to like it but it's another thing to actually have a DVD of it, it's for girls."

No one here seems to like products that targets females like me, so that makes me question myself of being the "weird/unusual/peculiar" individual among all of us here. //
I'm a fifty year old male and I love JB to death. I have the full collection of Littlest Mermaid figurines plus the full collection of My Little Ponies. I'm not weird at all in fact I'm just like you!!!
Is it bedtime now?

Your post and the one from MEMicetef1 on Reddit.com are identical. Looking at his posting history on here, they are very similar to this post which would lead most people to conclude you are the same person with multiple identities.
That could sum up your 'perspective' in real life. The identoty you project and the real you are not the same. You should just come out and be the real you. Pretending to be something different is not good. You have taken the step of revealing your preferences anonymously to strangers. Now you must take the bold step of doing the same in the real world. Until you do so, you will be unhappy.

What identity am I projecting? I'm not pretending to like anything! Also, as for revealing it to the real world, my interests will be broadcast by my society for being that one freak, and make me feel guilty for being that freak!
