Returning Items To Shops
7 Answers
Has anyone else noticed how slow stores like Primark and Marks and Spencer are when you return an item, I realise they have to do refunds on cards etc., but they then stand there hanging the returned clothes up putting tickets on them, why not give that job to someone else to save time, I personally think they do it on purpose so you think twice about returning goods.

Never changed anything in Primark.....buy clothes there for DIY stuff such as painting, decorating etc.

I've always found Primark to be pretty quick and easy to return things, only real wait is the queue itself. Ours is a huge Primark too, I think the biggest one they have, three huge floors and they even have their own Costa, nail and brow bar and cash machine in there now too!
