flax seeds

Does anybody know if these seeds actually exist and if so,are they healthy to eat?THANX!! Not sure if i spelt ' flax' correctly!!

Yes you should be able to get them at a wholefood shop, or any good supermarket. Try also looking under Lin seed. I usually put a tablespoonful into my granary bread, and like most other seeds (sunflower, pumpkin,sesame etc) they are very good for you.
