Night-vision camcorder and thermal imaging camcorder

Does anyone know where I can get a camcorder from which is nightvision? I need it so that I can record in complete darkness, but most camcorders just seem to be nightmode which doesn't fully do this. Is there a particular brand of camcorder that perhaps does nightvision?

Also, where can I buy a thermal imaging camcorder from? and do i need a license to have one?

i have a sony dcr-trv25e camcorder that will film in total darkness.the model is now discontinued but you could find one on ebay.

I've got a Sony DCR-P105 camcorder that will also work in the dark. I think it's got an infrared LED on the front that shines infrared "light" onto whatever you want to film. The range is really very small (3-4 metres maybe?) but you might be able to get a battery powered infrared lamp that would increase this dramatically. It would still appear to be dark around you as well, at least to humans!
