Pecuniary Legatee Question
1 Answers
Hi,
I've been named as a pecuniary legatee in a will. I have been given a set sum of money. However, it also says that all the remainder of any real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever will be given to the trustees to be divided equally between the pecuniary legatees. Does this mean I am also a residual beneficiary? If so, would I be given this share after being given the set sum?
Thanks.
