Well you might start getting e-mails from a new ISP but you won't get any of your old ones from TalkTalk. Why don't you contact TT? I'm with them and there's nothing wrong with my e-mails, they are still a going concern. There must be something wrong with your settings or password.

Is there anyone you know who could look at your computer to type the password in for you? It sounded to me as if the problem should be solvable very quickly

Sorry- ignore my last one. This is clearly another problem from the banking password from.
I still think it's worth asking someone you know to have a look for you unless you are comfortable answering technical questions from a helpline

I agree, methyl. I latched onto the " login to my acount " bit and linked that to the previous problem of password for bank account which the OP thought may be due to talktalk

Think you should try accessing from another device - just to make sure it is not on your PC side of things
