Our wireless keyboard has stopped working. Tried new batteries but still not working. Ideas please.

Ther will bet a button on the adapter - press it then look for a button (usually on the underside) on the keyboard. Prss it. You'll probably need to push the connect button on the mouse as well.
Also check that the cables from the adapter are connected.
