Done what Ummmm told me to do re previous orders and got the info needed.

However, believe it or not I must have ordered a book in January as beside it says the book was dispatched and sent on January 16 = at the time I was very interested in this book - what can I do now to tell them I never received it. They said they despatched it ok. new to this amazon. Is it too late to do anything.
