I don't want to throttle her but her coop buddies sure do!
I'm reluctant to dunk because of her moulting so it is all a bit of a kid gloves situation......
Suggestions appreciated.
Sorry Pasta :-(

Can you exclude her from the nest box? I wouldnt dunk her cos it is painful to handle them when they have new feather growth. Increase the protein in her diet to promote new feather growth and try and keep her away from the box - she wont look after herself whilst she's trying to hatch. Stupid friggin birds.
Thanks Barmaid, I had until recently a rodent cage that was useful as a broody box but it was reclaimed by the owner. I am trying to ensure the others are happy and contented whilst making sure the broody *** is accommodated none too comfortably. I just feel mean handling her too much when she is still moulting.
I would go shopping but all the suppliers are on the wrong side of hellish race going traffic :-(
I have weakened though and bought her some meal worms to help her through this difficult time.
I'm such a sucker!
