I`ve just made this http://www.waitrose.com/content/waitrose/en/home/recipes/recipe_directory/t/tomato-spinach-tart.html and it`s just had about 45 mins in
the oven. I have poked a knife in it and it`s soft and squishy in the middle. They say it should set but if it`s made with cream cheese is it going to? Never made anything like this before as it`s not really my thing but I picked up the leaflet in the shop yesterday and thought it would make a change.

Hmmm, if it is still looking/feeling wobbly I'd give it another five minutes. Fresh tomato can slow down the cook times quite bit as they are so wet and if they've been kept in the fridge cold too.

It'll set as it cools.
Has it puffed up and turned an even shade of goldie brown? If it has take it out and leave to rest, it will as ummmm said set more as it cools.

I can`t see the colour because it is covered with slices of tomato.

Thanks. I`ve taken it out now because the tomato was starting to look a bit overdone. I`ll keep my fingers crossed.
that looks nice! may give that a try myself, let us know how it goes.
I've just added a quiche/tart tin to my Amazon basket :-)

It looks nice. The central heating engineer who has just turned up to sort my thermostat is salivating over it. I didn`t have enough spinach so I put some chargilled asparagus in as well.
Northampton is the place to go for tarts, then;)
It has it's fair share :-)
