It doesn't matter what citizen you are.

Which country issued your driving licence?

If it is the UK, you don't need an IDP.

If it was Hungary, and your licence is only in Hungarian, then you would be well advised to get one - it will have to be issued in Hungary. If the licence is in English as well as Hungarian, then you should be OK without an IDP.
