DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE ON-LINE i bought a rolled mattress from them which was supposed to be semi firm, when it came there were marks on it. it was anything but semi firm, it was soft and lumpy. i e-mailed them to get them to pick it up and replace it with the right one, they refused asking me to send a photo. i have no means of doing this, they then said i should pay for a courier to send it back. this would have costed a lot of my cash. i could not persuade them to do the right thing. a bit of to-ing and fro-ing didn't make any difference. so i gave up and donated it to international aid and hope it gets a happy home.

Back in the old days we just had to rely on buying something and hoping for the best but now with the internet us consumers now have a large and wide multi continent voice.

I would have told them that if they didn't sort it I would be all over every review thread on the net.
