Thanks for getting back in touch. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I’ve just taken a look at your account, and I can see that you’re not currently subscribed to the newsletter for (my email adddrss!!). Did you manage to use the unsubscription link provided in the newsletters and on Groupon, or do you have another email address that you would like to unsubscribe?
