Oh SOZ I forget, we have to cater for different backgrounds....even though they don't cater for UK Brits so I hear. All it boils down to is le dosh isn't it.....brings in the money despite what it entails or who it may upset.....oh dear, good old UK, appease the non indigenous people and who gives a FF which others are offended or upset. Just being realistic here and probably voicing what a lot of people may feel.....o me of little faith...

I never heard of any Muslim complaining that Tesco didn't do Ramadan promotions, so I can't see how it's appeasing anyone.
But if they're going to do one, perhaps they should screw their heads on first.
Meanwhile, non-Muslims had their own objections to make to horsemeat in their burgers, didn't they? Some people don't like bacon, some don't like horsemeat.

Lol retro...not so much Muslim or any other faith....just foreigners afaic....non indigenous...is that such a crime when born and bred in this country that once catered for us? Never mind....we have to appease....way to go so I'm told. Hope your sojourn Ina darkened too helps, never did much for moi ha ha x.
Well, you have had your answer to 'why'.
Maybe if you ran a retail outlet you wouldn't, that would be your choice.
I live in a town with lots of different nationalities, religious and ethnic mixes - our stores cater for all.
The Asian stores have Christmas displays for example and sell Easter eggs, I find it no problem.

Lynne, well done you for being such a lovely accepting person. Where I reside multiculturalism is alive and kicking. I would have no problem with it whatsoever if the indigenous folk weren't overlooked in favour of the 'incomers'. That is what galls me and many people.....so whilst you can be accepting, please give a thought to those of us who are subjected to being what sometimes is second place when one is born and bred in an area where now you feel an outsider. This is alive and continuing in many areas I'm sad to say...
Who said that hc....of course they do.....and all the other stores...it's all money driven I know that but why oh why are the indigenous souls having to take the back seat over the 'ethnic minorities'....they don't exist...oh hang on a minute....the indigenous souls ARE the minority....well blow me down.
