Ford Sync

I am still having problems with my phone connecting to Ford Sync (motoring a couple of weeks ago) The issue I had was the emergency assistance did not connect and neither would the car (focus 2012) reply to incoming texts , the car would reply to my phone instead of the sender. On Friday the car went to my local Ford dealer (warranty) to be sorted, I collected the car yesterday and now the car will connect to my phone for emergencies but now I get a message saying my car does not support text messaging on this car. I have a Samsung Galaxy 3 phone, does anyone have this model of phone and car and if so do you have this problem?, bearing in mind that it did support texts on Thursday evening prior to Fords working on it. There is a link on ford website to say which phone is compatible with what but when I click on that I just get ,HTTP Bad Request' Its getting very frustrating, any help would be much appreciated

Sorted now, despite what my local dealer told me last night my phone IS compatible
