how can i get youtube on my pc.I have got it on my tablet but i cannot find away to pot it on my pc.

There isn't a Youtube program (or 'app') for a PC. You simply access it through your web browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome).

Just Google it then save it as a Favourite or Bookmark, whatever name your web browser gives them.

Once you are on the Youtube homepage, you should be able to right click the mouse and scroll to "create shortcut" or "save as". This will place an icon on your desktop for easy "one click" access in the future.
