Problems With Email !!!

ive used gmail for 3 years now, though recently getting loads spam junk.

most recent ive been sending employers emails of my cv, then some are coming back to me saying ( Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:)

even though the email i sent them to are all correct . could some virus or junk be messing my emails up.

Are they going to a specific persons email within the organisation..if so it may be those particular people have now left...

I send out thousands of emails every week (no not spam, subscribed to newsletters etc) and get a ton of these and 99.99% of the time that is the reason
