Cups-Flour
making toad in hole. Need 100g of flour. Even the UK sites say 1cup(American size cups)= 100g flour.
I'm sure when I was making scones I used 2 mugs of flour(I think that was a 100g)
Any thoughts?

Best batter recipe.... I cup (doesn't matter what size as long as you use it for all the ingredients) of plain flour with a pinch of salt 1 cup of half milk half water I cup of eggs. I dash of vinegar Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl pour in half the eggs and a little of the milk/water mix and beat with an electric mixer for about 1 minute... add the rest of the eggs...

Best batter recipe....
I cup (doesn't matter what size as long as you use it for all the ingredients) of plain flour with a pinch of salt
1 cup of half milk half water
I cup of eggs.
I dash of vinegar
Sift the flour and salt into a large bowl
pour in half the eggs and a little of the milk/water mix and beat with an electric mixer for about 1 minute...
add the rest of the eggs and milk mixture and beat for about 30/ 40 seconds. Add a dash of vinegar
Leave to stand for about 20 minutes and then pour into piping hot fat....guaranteed brilliant yorkies
