Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Many thanks to all who entered our "Breakages" quiz. Apologies to those who found it too hard this time, it was not intentional. Only 108 sheets were returned & we were amazed to find only 6 got it all correct. Main problem was no7 - oh dear - the answer was elastic! Had no one ever had a wardrobe malfunction caused by breaking this? Anyway Mrs Helen Pestill of Chatteris was drawn as the winner. £143 was raised for our funds, so thanks for your support. New "Find the Lady" quiz is ready now from J. Oakey 58 Westbourne Road Chatteris Cambs PE16 6HQ, price £1 & £10 prize voucher as usual. Cheques payable to Chatteris Community Group & please don't forget to enclose sae so we do not have to pay your postage.

Oh good gracious!! Think I was still at school last time I had threaded elastic in knickers - good clue.

I bet you giggled at my answer but I really did find it somewhere on a site showing Irish sayings.

Appreciate your comment, my sister in St John Ambulance once took an old lady to an event & the poor dear did have such an incident, so they quickly whipped them up out of sight & headed for privacy to save her blushes!
