Can you phone them and ask? If that doesn't work, I would send it to customer services. After all, you are a customer and you want some service!

Email company and ask, they should have a returns policy

You may have problems if you return something unexpectedly. There is usually an agreement for returns so you should contact them, then as others have said, they can tell you. The address they might want items returned to, if agreeable, could well be a third address.
