Granddaughter Won't Be A Happy Bunny!

She's coming home tomorrow from her first holiday with her friend. She went to Greece. Had a fabulous time but had her bag stolen. Luckily there was only €5 and her phone in it. She didn't mention if her cards were stolen. So mum and dad have put a block on them. Luckily the rest of her cash was in the safe at hotel.
But she has a shock when she gets home. Friday she got an infringement for drifting into a bus lane in Bristol, yesterday she got another one for doing the same in Cardiff. Parents haven't told hr as she has no phone. They know she is ok as she used her friends phone to text happy birthday to her brother today.
Not a good home coming.

She's only 18 and passed her test 2 months ago so a rude awakening.

I have to pull myself up sometimes when I'm thinking she is still so young. I have to think back to when I was 18. I was engaged to be married and thought I knew it all!
