driving ban

hi ive been banned from driving for 3 yrs.can i resit my test in another country and drive over there ie canada.drink driving

You have to be a Candian resident to take a driving test in that country.

3yrs ban,so it must be your second ban for dd,do you really think any country would let you drive,you should be banned for life

Hi..this has been delt with before. When you are banned from driving the court order prevents YOU from driving. Revocation of your licence is a just a formality. Section 102 (2) states "A licence obtained by a person who is disqualified is of NO EFFECT" So if you get a licence from another country you still can't drive in the UK and if you do your braking the law and could face jail time for driving while under a ban.
