Outlook App - Gerald Casilli

Hi. I feel like I'm going mad, but every time I send an email to a certain email address, it shows in my "sent" folder as being sent by "Gerald Casilli"... rather than my name or email address.

I have no idea who this is, and it's only happening with the Outlook app.

Just to try and explain this a bit better, if I go in to my "sent" folder using the Outlook app, it has round circles with the initials of who I've sent the emails to.
However, when I send to this particular person, it's coming up with "GC" and then when I click into the message itself, it shows the name "Gerald Casilli" and then the persons name underneath.

Has anyone got any ideas as to what this is all about? Thanks.

it sounds like somebody has got hold of your email details.....have you changed your outlook password?
Question Author
This could actually be a possibility, as I had to change my password yesterday as I thought my email security could be compromised.
I just don't get why this random name is coming up when I try to email a specific contact...?

I'm assuming your contact is stored in your contacts?

If try removing their entry and make a new one under a different name.

eg. if its stored as Mickey Mouse, recreate it as M Mouse.

Then see if the glitch still occurs.
