The Outcast Bbc1 At 9.00Pm

The second (and last) half of this compelling drama is on this evening. None of you appear to have mentioned it since it was screened last Sunday. This is typical of the standard of Drama put on by the BBC - both being 90 minutes in length.

Thought is was excellent, and the acting was superb by the two young main characters.

I had enjoyed the book. Enjoy is not quite the right word for the drama - as I found it profoundly sad.

So many messed-up characters. So much unhappiness.

It was riveting however and so glad I watched it. The performance by the lead actor as Lewis was excellent - he could convey so much emotion and feeling without using any dialogue whatsover.
