Ummmm of course they do, its not cliques that will be the demise of AB it needs more exposure or advertisers will go elsewhere ,AB will fold,and then the cliques will go onto FB . Which will be a pity for those who actually want to use it as a debating and Q& A site.

This place kind of saved my life when I was in the South Atlantic. Met some wonderful people and one or two I wish i hadn;t come across...ever!! There's some great people... (obviously some utter basket jobs like Gness ;0) xx) but in general it's quite a nice place to hang out at times.
