The gammon will be accompanied with allotment broad beans, french beans & charlotte new potatoes. makes the midge bites on spindly legs worth it:-)

Hey Lina, Binned the first batch of burnt cashews, then made a second batch to go into the main stirfry - and then ended up binning that as it was awful! The cashews were a hit, but I added way too much soy sauce. Ah well, you live and you learn - but I'll be buying my next chinese meal from the professionals! :-)

Hope midge bites heal soon Melv - it will be worth it!

I'm sure your gammon will be lovely, especially with freshly harvested veggies.

We're having some nibbles before dinner - cheese, olives, etc. Dinner will be chicken with a Catalan influence......much like the accompanying dishes.

Pud will involve freshly picked berries!
