In a mo....I read that the head has been impounded to be used in evidence in the investigatio n..... And the more the debate and talk about this man goes on ....the better..... he won't ever deserve to be left in peace....and the constant publicity will perhaps make some think twice about their "sport"....x

I am as nauseated as most are by the sickening killing of Cecil.
When I was growing up in Southern Rhodesia ( now Zimbabwe) in
the early 50s I had a class mate who's father was a professional
hunter in Portuguese East Africa ( now Mozambique)
The boy was held in awe because of the activities of his father and we
couldn't wait to hear stories of his exploits.
How ashamed I now feel but, right or wrong, that was then and
thank goodness we now see the barbarism of slaughtering innocent
animals.
We can't turn the clock back but it I wish I had been more aware but
at 15 in that era I try to tell myself it was understandable?
