It's Pride Weekend, and it's going to be fantastic.
Preston Park (the big park on the left as you drive into town from the north) looks amazing. The main stage has been up for days.
The weather should be okay. The main parade through the town should be the best ever.
One of our gay pals has got us some tickets for the gay girls' all nighter, which is always the absolute best party of the year.
If you have nothing to do tomorrow ... seriously! come down to Brighton. It is going to be awesome. Just ... get the train ... don't even TRY to drive into the town. And if you do get the train, come out of the station, walk straight down the hill in front of you towards the sea, and turn left when you get to the sea front at the bottom.
If you miss it, you can't say I didn't try to tell you.
Love,
JJ

Oh! I do like to be beside the seaside
I do like to be beside the sea!
I do like to swan along the Prom, Prom, Prom!

"Tiddely-om-pom-pom!" :)
I don't understand this Gay Pride thing. It seems to be something that promotes the very stereotyping that Gay people try hard to distance themselves from.
£25 to get into Preston Park seems a bit steep to me. If I could get to Brighton this weekend I'd simply head for the wonderful (and frequently outrageous) Queen's Arms ;-)
