17a Call back in case of rapid decision from judge? (6) I have R - M - N - It could be 'remand' - a judge's decision, or 'remind' - call back. Could anyone who can decide, please explain the wordplay?

remand - name (call reversed in rd case of RapiD)
Remand - it has 'name'/call inside ('back' - reverse it, so 'eman').
Remand - name reversed inside r(api)d
