If i wanted 2 3mtre worktops, a 1000 base unit and sink replacing, what should be the charge for the work to be done? Rats have eaten through plaster on walls behind sink and made an access route into my kitchen. Eaten through fridge cable and base unit. Peed all over inside of base unit aswell. Kitchen stinks when you walk in first thing in morning.

Impossible to quote without seeing the job. Two 3 metre worktops in a house with garden, is a lot easier to manage than a 6th floor flat!
First things first... get shot of the rodents.

Phleb. you don't need to do all that to get rid of rats. Rats are easy to get rid of.

Oh Phleb what a miserable situation for you. I'm sorry I don't know what it will cost and can't help at all. I just wanted to sympathise and to see who else is around morning who might be able to give you an idea of what to expect.
You probably don't need to replace the worktops or the sink if they are not damaged. A 1000 unit can be bought quite cheaply flat pack and you should be able to use your original doors if they have not been damaged. Pulling out an old unit and replacing with same size new is a DIY job ,taking off worktops a bit more tricky depending on your DIY skills. A handyman could do the job and would probably charge around £50 -the unit you could get quite cheaply as it would just be a carcass - I've bought them for as little as £40 without doors. Get professional advice for the rat problem before doing any work.
It's highly likely that the base unit can be removed and a new one fitted without disturbing the worktops, I've done it many times. The sink will have to come out and be refitted. You'd be looking at around £200 -£350 for labour depending on what is involved... which we can't see!
Good luck!
Mastercraft that seems a little excessive for labour - I would estimate no more than a short days work for a joiner/handyman -maybe 4 hours, 5 hours tops at £25 per hour. Hopefully the OP will have the politesse to come back and let us know how she got on.

Have asked a builder and he will charge 70 pound per day. He says it will take 2 days to do the lot, inc worktops. I still have to consider tile breakages when old worktops are being removed so have to take into consideration replacement tiles and maybe another half a days work. I will let you know how he gets on once he starts. x thanks xx
