well dont go to them
they are in fact pretty hopeless

I'm churning ( going elsewhere )

Like you know - my bill as I call it was £450 and
they said ( the gormless skool kid on the switch ) " yeah you're in arrears of £450. yeah OK ? "

and I said kind of like " whaaaa? "
and then I said no I am not - " you gonna take like £440 out of my bank today right ? " and it was her turn to say 'whaaaa?' you know just like they do on AB in a state of complete irreversible gormlessness
and I said 'yeah today in fact . DD ' so I only need to top by £10

and she said no I cant cope with that and neither can my company who pays me.....and we agreed to go our separate ways. But I still have to pay the bill sometime
